Sakra H2-Ready Cogeneration Plant
A landmark project in Singapore’s shift toward sustainable energy, ZYS provided critical engineering support for the Sakra sector’s first hydrogen-ready combined-cycle gas turbine plant. Our team managed the intricate installation of high-pressure piping and structural steel frameworks designed to support 30% hydrogen-blended fuel operations, contributing to a cleaner energy grid for Jurong Island’s industrial consumers.
Tuas Next-Gen Terminal (Phase 3) Infrastructure
Working within the world’s largest automated port development, ZYS executed large-scale civil works for the Phase 3 expansion. This project involved extensive site preparation, the construction of reinforced stacking yards, and the installation of specialized subterranean drainage systems. Our focus remained on high-load durability and precision alignment to accommodate future automated guided vehicle (AGV) operations.
Jurong Island Petrochemical Integrated Hub
ZYS led the construction of a specialized integrated utility hub for a major petrochemical refinery. The project required the seamless integration of modular process units, fire-rated structural enclosures, and complex electrical instrument buildings. All works were completed under strict "Live Plant" conditions, maintaining a zero-accident safety record while adhering to the highest global petrochemical safety standards.
